How to Complete the All Indonesia Digital Arrival Card?

Option 1: Via the Web

1. Go to allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id.
2. Then choose "Layanan Kartu Kedatangan" (Arrival Card Service).
3. Choose your status: Indonesian (WNI) or Foreign Visitor.
4. Fill in your personal information: full name, date of birth, and nationality as it appears in your passport. If you are traveling as a family or group, there is an option to add other travelers so you can fill out the card together.
5. Please enter your travel details: arrival date, destination, and flight number.
6. Select your mode of transport and provide your address in Indonesia.
7. Fill in all declarations regarding immigration, health, customs, and quarantine.
8. Double-check all your entries; make sure everything is right, then click “Kirim” (Submit).
9. Once submitted, your digital arrival card will be displayed as a QR code. Save it on your phone or print it out for when you arrive at the airport.

Option 2: Through the Mobile App

2. Open the app and then select “Layanan Kartu Kedatangan.”
3. Choose your citizenship status: WNI or Foreign Visitor.
4. Please fill in your personal information and travel details the same as on the website. If you are going to travel in a family or group, this option allows multiple travellers to submit the card together.
5. Add your mode of transportation and Indonesian address.
6. Complete the immigration, health, customs, and quarantine declarations.
7. Review carefully, then tap “Kirim” to submit.
